This is the newest SmartGear v 1.1.6 . comes as raw exes because i and other people had problems with the installer and CAB file so i grabbed this. included is the keygen.  two versions for pocket pc 2003 and smartphone 2003 are included. DOES work on wm2003. this is considered by some the best gameboy GBC and sega emulator around for pocket systems. although i do prefer pocketgnuboy due to working with more games for me.
